What is a Pescatarian you may ask?
Well, most people will often confuse us with vegans or vegetarians but we are not either. Pescatarians are people that eat fish or seafood as their primary and only source of meat. The Pescatarian diet also consists of foods such as beans, vegetables, fruits, dairy, and grains. Why I chose this lifestyle? I’ve had my share of health challenges over the years and after doing some intensive research and learning more about my body, I decided to take the leap of faith. In 2016, I made the decision to change my life for the better. I was tired of feeling weighed down, sluggish and just out of it. Since making the change to a Pescatarian lifestyle, I now have increased mental alertness, more energy and I just feel lighter. I know and believe this is because of my healthy lifestyle change.
